Bürkle zone samplers are used for taking samples of bulk goods of any kind. 
The big advantage of zone samplers is that all-layer samples can be collected from all layers of the container.

Unit-Dose-Sampling – Pharma-Samplers

During powder separation checks and purity validations of powders, liquids and semi-solid substances, special ­procedures (unit-dose-sampling) must be employed to achieve the desired results.

TeleScoop – Liquid sampling

TeleScoop is a versatile sampling system with exchangeable tools for a wide range of applications.  The tools (angular beaker, pendulum beaker, bottle holder, stainless steel beaker and dip net) are attached to the telescopic rod by a practical snap-in joint.

Dipping bottles – Sampling from great depths

Bürkle offers dipping bottles and immersion cylinders for sediments, for the area of environmental issues, for chemically aggressive products, for petrochemistry, for the ex protection area etc.

Plastic scoops and scrapers – For food and industry

Iron scoops are loud, they can be dented, they rust and they are heavy. Plastic scoops have none of these disadvantages and are also hygienic because they are made in one piece and have a non-stick surface.

Bürkle disposable samplers with ACT® label

To ensure greater transparency with regard to sustainability, the products in the SteriPlast® Bio and LaboPlast® Bio ranges carry the ACT label. This is a sustainability label for laboratory products. The ACT label stands for responsibility, consistency and transparency.

Disposable samplers - for highest requirements

In many application areas such as in the pharmaceutical sector, food & beverage branch or cosmetics industry, there are high standards for the sampler used to be free of particles and sterile so that the samples are not contaminated. What is gamma ray sterilisation?

Our SteriPlast® products are sterilised by gamma rays, i.e. all micro-organisms contained within or adhering are killed off. But what exactly are gamma rays and how do they bring about a sterilisation of Bürkle products?

Traceable disposable samplers – Quick and easy to recognize

The shade of blue that is used does not occur in a natural form in foodstuffs. Because of this, blue products or parts of them can be quickly found and easily identified in a visual check if they are ever mixed into production.

Reusable or disposable samplers?

We at Bürkle are often asked about the topic "Disposable and Environment". Because in addition to our large range of reusable samplers, we also carry a wide range of samplers especially for single us. However, whether reusable is better than disposable cannot be answered in general when taking samples. Both have their advantages and disadvantages – these we would like to point out in the following.
